The highest authority in this country is We the people. The second highest authority is the Constitution. In 1787, our Founding Fathers established this social contract, the Constitution, to define our system of government and laws: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. … This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land…” Therefore, as long as We the people do not collectively reject this social contract, each U.S. citizen and government official, including the President, is bound by the Constitution, our constitutional laws, and our officially authorized treaties.

Members of our system of government explicitly swear an oath to the Constitution, to remind them of this social contract and its authority above all government. Under the Constitution, three coequal branches of federal government were created: the Legislative Branch to create laws, the Judicial Branch to judge laws, and the Executive Branch to execute laws. The President falls under the Executive Branch. As stated in the Constitution, “he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” He or she cannot disregard, change, or create laws—even if he or she has delusions of executive privileges, executive orders, signing statements, national security, or his or her role as, according to the only mention of it in the Constitution, “Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States.” Even members of our military must take an oath to “support and defend the Constitution,” to “bear true faith and allegiance to the same,” and, as stated in the Uniform Code of Military Justice, to obey only lawful orders. Thus, no one is above the law!

In spite of all this, secretive elements within the Executive Branch have betrayed the will of the people and violated both the law and the Constitution. A corruption has set in so bad that even the organizations and the checks and balances designed to protect against corruption have been corrupted: the police, the courts, the FBI, the Justice Department, congressional investigations, and even presidential elections. Although most people are benevolent, it only takes a small percentage of malevolent people at the top and in key positions to effectively corrupt an organization or process. In essence, a secret, permanent government has developed that both hijacks the political process away from We the people and keeps us in the dark about it.

The methods used by this secret government to get and stay in power include all that corruption can buy. The secret government lures people with favors, extravagant parties, rock-star lifestyles, private jets, junkets, money, sex, and even violent pedophilia. And it coerces people with exclusions, media smear campaigns, extortion, physical intimidation, false imprisonment, and murder. Tax dollars are spent developing highly sophisticated propaganda for both external and internal use. For example, propaganda in the form of exaggerated or false threats to our national security have been used to get the United States involved with organized crime, smuggling drugs, violating people’s civil liberties, stealing international resources, overthrowing democratic governments, installing puppet governments and repressive dictators, terrorizing civilians, torturing civilians, assassinating leaders, conducting secret wars, employing death squads, and causing civilian slaughters—and these were not all limited to only outside the United States.

Such immorality is unneeded. The United States’ Constitution is a fighting constitution. We can meet any threat both legally and constitutionally. Our methods are what separate us from our enemies. Immoral behavior for “our survival” is merely a lie to mask tyranny, which is what our nation was born in defiance against!

The secret government puts regulations, foreign aid, treaties, laws, and enforcement up for sale. But it is We the people who pay: for there are no victimless crimes in politics. The rich and powerful are plundering everyone else. Now, about half of America’s wealth is owned by just one percent of its population. Enthroned corporations, allowed to operate in secret, have changed from providing goods and services to the public at reasonable cost to generating massive profits for unaccountable owners and executives at any cost to the public.

The government is being reverted to an older form—a total free market designed to serve those who own, where bribery of government officials is merely the cost of doing business and human rights are valueless. The corrupt have been promoted, and openness and accountability have been depreciated. Dissembling, the corrupt even espouse cynicism to lull us into complacently accepting their corruption. We are left with rank duplicity and hypocrisy from politicians, political organizations, and governmental institutions. Money gets laundered through nonprofit organizations. Utterly corrupt and sometimes even satanic politicians pose as wholesome Christians. Pedophiles together with their victims have been given private tours of the White House at night. The police, the FBI, the CIA, and the Justice Department are now the ultimate architects of cover-ups and setups. And Jeb Bush, the then Governor of Florida, helped rig the 2000 presidential election in Florida for his older brother, George W. Bush, who went on to steal the 2004 presidential election as well.

If our Founding Fathers knew what was happening to the United States, they would be shouting at us while spinning in their graves. Lethargically, Americans are distrusting the government—at least more than they ever have before. But unfortunately, the government is well on its way to becoming a fascist regime…
